Which services does HRL currently offer?
HRL provides B2B road cargo, bulk shipment management, LTL / PTL shipping, multi-location delivery, Door-to-Door Cargo, Pickup Services and Godown-to-Godown Cargo. Capabilities include tracking, digital POD, appointment-based delivery, a logistics partner network, online shipment management and CFA services for Madhya Pradesh. HRL also provides WhatsApp shipment updates, e-way bill API integration for Part B updates and pincode/location-based delivery pricing.
How do I get a freight quote?

How can I track my consignment?
Enter the docket number printed on your HRL LR on the tracking page. Read the latest recorded booking, dispatch, reporting-branch and delivery information. Tracking shows recorded operational updates, not a live GPS position.
Does HRL provide customs clearance or ocean shipping?
No. HRL’s website services focus on road cargo and CFA. CFA means Carrying & Forwarding Agent; it does not mean customs brokerage.
Which pincodes does HRL serve?
Share your pickup and delivery pincodes with HRL to check service availability. Find office addresses and pincodes on the Network page.
Where can I find HRL branches and directions?
Use the Network page and select a state to find office addresses, contact numbers and booking or delivery tags. Each office has a Get directions link to Google Maps. Bengaluru is included in the current active office list; the Chandigarh/Panchkula office is grouped under Punjab in HRL’s directory.
How strong is HRL’s cargo network?
HRL has 53 offices across eight states, with 1,152 route connections covering 82 cities and localities. Bhopal, Indore and Mandideep support cross-docking and onward cargo movement.
Where are HRL’s MP cross-docks?
HRL’s Madhya Pradesh cross-docks are Bhopal, Indore and Mandideep. They support incoming cargo and onward connections to the locations listed in the route directory, subject to the confirmed movement.
Does every listed route work in both directions?
No. From and To identify a specific direction in HRL’s route list. Check the reverse direction separately. Contact HRL if the required direction is not listed; a return route is not assumed.
Is pickup or home delivery available at every location?
Pickup and door delivery depend on the confirmed addresses, goods and selected service. Office tags identify the capabilities listed for that office. For Godown-to-Godown Cargo, confirm where to hand over and collect the goods.
What is an LR?
LR means lorry receipt, the consignment document associated with your cargo booking. Keep the docket number for tracking, delivery queries and requests for shipment documents. An LR is different from proof of delivery.
What is proof of delivery or POD?
POD means proof of delivery: the acknowledgement associated with a cargo handover. HRL provides digital POD. Customers can check available POD by logging in to their HRL account or through HRL on WhatsApp. Your LR identifies the booking; POD supports the delivery handover.
How do I request an HRL POD copy?
Log in to your HRL customer account at login.hrlcargo.com to check available POD, or contact HRL on WhatsApp at +91 78800 03224 with your LR/docket number. POD access is for authorised customers; if the record is not yet available, the handling branch can assist.
Why has my tracking status not changed?
A new movement may not appear until its branch update is recorded. Check the docket number and the latest event date, then contact the handling branch with your LR if you need clarification. An unchanged status alone does not establish a delay or loss.
What should I do if tracking says Delivered but goods have not reached me?
Check with your receiving team and the agreed delivery or collection point. Contact HRL promptly with the LR number, expected recipient and delivery address so the branch can review the handover record and available POD. Do not post private shipment documents publicly.
Are transit times guaranteed?
Transit days are estimates for the confirmed lane and service. Connecting movements can add time. Confirm the expected delivery date with HRL before booking if your shipment has a deadline.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
Actual weight is measured on a scale. Volumetric weight is calculated from package dimensions and quantity using the applicable conversion factor. Chargeable weight is the higher of the two. Confirm HRL’s applicable conversion factor and final charges before booking.
What information is needed before booking cargo?
Share From and To locations and pincodes, goods category, package count, actual weight, package dimensions and the required service. Tell HRL about fragile goods, unusual sizes and pickup or delivery access requirements so the movement can be checked.
Where can I find invoices and LR copies?
Use the HRL customer portal at login.hrlcargo.com for account documents available to your login. Contact the branch for assistance with a missing invoice or LR copy. Public tracking does not provide access to customer or vendor account records.
What does HRL provide under CFA services?
For Madhya Pradesh, HRL offers storage, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, invoicing and collection support within an agreed scope. Dispatch points include Indore, Bhopal, Bhiwandi, Delhi, Surat and Ahmedabad.
How is GST handled?
HRL has confirmed that applicable freight supplies operate under reverse charge. The treatment of a specific service and recipient is confirmed through the invoice and applicable law; this is not a blanket tax statement for every CFA or storage service.
How can my company request API access?
Complete the API enquiry with your company, contact details and intended purpose, such as tracking, invoices, LR or billing. HRL’s team reviews the requirement; access and credentials are arranged separately. The public form does not issue credentials.

Does HRL offer LTL or PTL cargo shipping?
Yes. HRL provides less-than-truckload (LTL) and part-truckload (PTL) shipping for business consignments that do not need a full dedicated truck. Confirm the From and To route, package details and delivery arrangement before booking.
Can HRL manage bulk shipments and multiple delivery locations?
Yes. HRL handles bulk consignments and multi-location delivery. Share package counts, dimensions, actual weights and the addresses, pincodes and receiving contacts for each destination so the team can plan the movements.
Does HRL provide appointment-based delivery?
Yes. HRL provides appointment-based delivery for customers. Share the receiving location, appointment or booking reference, preferred time window, receiving contact and access conditions before dispatch so HRL can coordinate and confirm the delivery slot.
Does HRL offer online shipment management?
Yes. HRL provides online shipment management through its customer portal. Functions and records depend on the access enabled for your business. Contact HRL for account assistance; API integrations are arranged separately after review.
Will I receive shipment updates on WhatsApp?
Yes. HRL sends WhatsApp updates for LR booking, delivery and multiple shipment milestones as updates are recorded. Provide the correct contact number at booking. Keep your LR/docket number ready if you need help with a message or status.
Does HRL support e-way bill Part B updates?
Yes. HRL uses e-way bill API integration to support Part B updates during cargo movement. Share the correct shipment and transport details with the HRL team so the relevant records can be coordinated.
Does delivery pricing depend on my pincode?
Yes. HRL provides pincode and location-based delivery pricing. Share the complete destination address and pincode along with your cargo details and service requirement. Rates are shown through the calculator or confirmed quote; office-address pincodes are not a complete serviceability or delivery-price list.
What technology does HRL Cargo use?
HRL uses document and goods barcoding, a Transport Management System, a Warehouse Management System, e-way bill API, GST API, and GPS and AI-enabled tracking systems. API enquiries can be submitted through the Technology page for review by HRL’s team. Public docket tracking shows recorded shipment milestones rather than a live vehicle GPS feed.
