PRIVACY NOTICE

Your information.
A clear purpose.

Understand how this version of the website works and how to contact HRL about information handling.

Privacy Notice — review version. This notice describes the current website implementation, in which enquiry forms are submitted to HRL by email from the server. Before adding analytics, storing enquiries in a database, changing hosting or activating APIs, HRL must approve an updated notice matching those operations. HRL must review and approve this notice before launch. Review date: 22 October 2026.

Who to contact

HRL Cargo can be contacted at connect@hrlcargo.com or +91 78800 03224 about the handling of enquiry information.

What the current forms do

Quote, contact, associate and API-request forms send the details you enter to the website’s server when you submit them. The server validates the entries and forwards them to HRL as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The entries are not written to a database, and submitting a form does not create a customer account or grant API access.

If email delivery is unavailable, the site shows you a summary of your enquiry and an email draft instead, so nothing you typed is lost. In that case nothing is sent until you send the draft from your own email app.

Information you choose to provide

Depending on the enquiry, this can include company name, contact person, business email, mobile number, pickup and delivery locations, cargo details, service selection, intended API purpose and optional requirements. Only supply details you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, API credentials, payment-card data or unnecessary identity documents.

How HRL uses enquiries

HRL uses information received to respond to the requested enquiry, discuss serviceability or commercial arrangements, coordinate authorised technical discussions and maintain records required for the service or by law. A service enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Any new use requiring a notice or consent must be addressed separately.

Hosting, portal and technical providers

The review site is hosted on Vercel, and enquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Delivery of web pages may generate ordinary technical request and security logs under the hosting provider’s controls. HRL’s existing customer portal is a separate system with its own access and processing arrangements. Techquay is HRL’s IT team; Cygux Software runs and maintains the ERP. A link or enquiry does not give these systems unrestricted access to the data on your device.

Cookies and local storage

This build does not add marketing cookies, visitor analytics or third-party advertising scripts. It stores the optional motion-pause preference in browser local storage, if available, so your animation choice can persist. Enquiry form entries are not stored there. If analytics or additional third-party features are added, this notice and any required choices must be updated.

Sharing, retention and security

Enquiries received by email are available to the authorised HRL staff and service providers needed to handle the request, operate the relevant systems or comply with lawful obligations. HRL must set and apply an appropriate retention schedule and security controls for those records; this notice does not claim a retention period or safeguard that has not been operationally verified. Records required for a contract, tax obligation, dispute or legal compliance may need to be retained.

Your requests and complaints

Contact connect@hrlcargo.com to ask about your information, correct an error, withdraw optional permission or raise a privacy complaint. HRL must handle requests in accordance with the law applicable at the time, including any relevant commencement dates and legally permitted retention. Do not assume every record can be erased immediately where it must lawfully be kept.

Children and authorised business use

This site is intended for business enquiries by people authorised to act. Children should not submit personal details through these business forms. Any service involving children’s personal information requires an appropriate lawful process.

Changes

Material changes to collection, systems or purposes require a revised notice and any further steps required by law. The production notice, retention procedures and contact channels must be checked before launch.
